We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns, cancellations and refunds policy below.
Cancellations & Returns
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. If an item is faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect, NWE Design Huddersfield will cover the appropriate return costs where a return is required.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Products should be returned unused and in their original condition where reasonably possible.
Certain products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the right to cancel. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect.
Damaged, Faulty, Misprinted or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assess the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods are not limited by the cancellation period stated above.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. After the refund has been processed, the time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
If an item is faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so that we can provide appropriate instructions.
For other eligible returns following a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise agreed.
